On the 2nd, 3rd & 4th of Sept'11, all these questions & many more were addressed in the 3-day youth retreat ‘TRUTH FOR YOUTH’ at St. John’s Church, Pilerne, organized by Fr. Lawrence Mascaranas & his Divine Mercy Prayer Group in association with Faith Works India.

Swapna Abraham from Chennai accompanied by Sancho, Joanne, Ness & others gifted musicians lead the youth into feet rocking, hand waving, heart raising, praise & worship. Br. Melony, Fr. Andrew, Fr. Manual Dias, Fr Loiola Pereira, Fr. Anil Dev, Fr. Caje & Fr. Lawrence, Yvette & I - Boni answered most of their questions thru the Word of God & thru testimonies. The music wing of the Divine Mercy Prayer Group put the youth in the right mood to participate in the Adoration & in the Holy Mass each day. Fr. Lawrence along with Fr. Caje, Fr. Andrew and others lead the youth into Adoration, Inner Healing, Counseling, Confessions as well as celebrating The Holy Mass. 384 youth from 55 parishes attended and actively participated all the three days of the retreat with great joy & enthusiasm. Confessions ran into 2 days with over 6 priests administering the sacrament. They all look forward to the next Truth 4 Uth retreat.
